Here’s an easy recipe to make your own chocolate gluten free protein cupcakes. I did not have chocolate protein so I used cocoa powder.
Ingredients for 6 cupcakes: 2/3 cup sorghum flour, 1/4 cup almond flour, 2 scoops Dymatize ISO 100, 1 egg, 1 egg white, 1/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1 cup blackberries, 2 tbsp cocoa powder, 1 tbsp chocolate extract, 3 packets Stevia. Bake in the oven at 350F for about 15 minutes.
Ingredients for icing: 6oz fat free cream cheese, 1 scoop protein powder, 1 tbsp coconut oil, 1 tbsp cocoa powder, 1 tbsp chocolate extract.
Approx macros per cupcake of 6 (without shaved almonds): 270 calories, 23g protein, 25g carbs, 10g fat
